Informatie voor stemmers uit een ander EU-land
Stemmers uit een ander EU-land moeten in Nederland een Y-32 formulier (Deze link gaat naar een externe website) invullen. Hiermee registreert u zich éénmalig bij uw gemeente. Met het Y-32 formulier verklaart u niet ook in een ander land te stemmen. Anders zou u 2 keer kunnen stemmen voor het Europees Parlement. En dat mag niet. U vindt het Y-32 formulier op de website van de Rijksoverheid (Deze link gaat naar een externe website). Op de genoemde website zijn ook de vertalingen (Deze link gaat naar een externe website) te vinden naar het Duits, Engels, Frans, Italiaans, Pools en Spaans.
Deze verklaring (Model Y 32) moet uiterlijk 44 dagen voor de verkiezingsdag zijn ontvangen door de Nederlandse gemeente waar u bent ingeschreven. Voor de verkiezing van het Europees Parlement van 6 juni 2024 is dat uiterlijk op dinsdag 23 april 2024. Heeft u de Nederlandse nationaliteit en woont u in Nederland? Dan hoeft u geen Y-32 formulier in te vullen.
Opsturen formulier
U stuurt het ingevulde model Y32-formulier via de e-mail of per post naar de gemeente. U kunt het formulier ook tijdens onze openingstijden afgeven bij de receptie in het gemeentehuis. U hoeft hiervoor geen afspraak te maken.

Voters from another EU country must complete a Y-32 form (Deze link gaat naar een externe website) in the Netherlands. This allows you to register once with your municipality. With the Y-32 form you declare that you do not also vote in another country. Otherwise you could vote twice for the European Parliament. And that is not allowed. This statement (Model Y 32) must be received by the Dutch municipality where you are registered no later than 44 days before election day. For the European Parliament election of June 6, 2024, this is no later than Tuesday, April 23, 2024. Do you have Dutch nationality and do you live in the Netherlands? Then you do not have to complete a Y-32 form.

You send the completed model Y32 form to the municipality by e-mail or by post. You can also hand in the form at the reception in the town hall during our opening hours. You do not need to make an appointment for this.
